hi!i'm having problem downloading filezilla for windows.i keep getting insufficient permissions.tried the suggestions offered by chrome not working.after the setup file is downloaded it immediately goes in quarantine in my antiviral software.why?what do i need to do?

"Snake oil" refers to a product that does not actually work correctly, just pretends to do so. In this case, refers to your AV software.
