Download files in same tree format

Filezilla always downloads to the current directory. If the file is nested deep in sub folders how do I download the file with the same tree format. For example,

Filezilla.jpg (134.09 KiB) Viewed 3112 times

I have added style.css to the queue. How can I download to the wp-content/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/css folder when it doesn't exist?
