Hi I am new to FileZilla
I needed to delete some upload files that caused some duplication on our website and I went in the (filename: var ) and deleted all the possible uploads from the beginning of time that has been causing. After hitting the delete I checked the website and the website is broken.
Please let me know how to recover files that were deleted or if they can?

Not sure if this was setup on our end.
I have not yet tried to RDP to the FTP trashed files. I have not navigated to the garbage can to retrieve deleted files.

Files deleted from FTP servers over FTP are completely gone. FTP does not have any "garbage can", automatic backup or similar feature. The files need to be recovered from your latest personal backup you hopefully made.
