Good morning (/afternoon/night).

We have a user who claims to have uploaded a .csv file, but the recipient claims to have received a .xls file. Is this something Filezilla even has the ability to do (I haven't read anything that says it can yet), or do I need to start looking at user error?

FileZilla has no capabilities to convert anything. It's an FTP transfer software, not a converter.
