I can't add attachments in a DM. Is there an email address I can send or is it ok to post here publically?

I already linked you to @botg's profile page. From there, simply use the "Send email to botg" link.

I don't see any email link. Any other company would have an easier way to deal wth problems.

Whoops, sorry, the contact page looks different for me (maybe due to the mod status).

The delivery failure is due to an email provider policy, you must give your email a subject line.
