Hi,
I don't understand why I get that message now and not 2 hours ago : I didn't changed anything in the connection parameters.
Can you help ?

Logical thinking: If you could connect two hours before, and now you can't, and you did not change anything (not even Windows Update and the like), the problem must be with the server. Looks like they experience some problems right now.

If you still cannot connect after some waiting, you need to contact server support* and ask (the error code suggests permanent failure). Neither we nor you have any control over your account on the server.


(*We also cannot tell you anything about how to contact server support. You are free to connect to any server in the world, and, unlike some other software, we don't keep any track on whatever you do.)
