[macOS] Text input and two other bugs
Using FileZilla 3.46.3 on macOS 10.13.6, I have recently noticed several regressions in the code.
(1) Several dialogs are broken. In the local site directory listing (left-hand pane of the window), it is no longer possible to paste text into the Create directory and Create directory and enter It dialog boxes. As soon as I press Command+V to paste the text, the dialog box closes and nothing happens.
(2) If I rename a file in this directory listing, FileZilla loses track of the current directory and pops up several levels. I must then navigate back to where I was.
(3) If I delete a file or directory in the listing, FileZilla likewise pops up several directory levels. Again, I must then navigate back to where I was.
I don't really want to go back to using CyberDuck, but these bugs are driving me crazy.

Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
The hotkey to paste things is Cmd+V
Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
That was a typo. I meant Cmd+V (original post now edited for clarity).
FWIW, I previously also tried Ctrl+V, since that's the key for platforms like Windows. Didn't work either.
Try these various FileZilla commands on macOS and let me know what you see. They used to work.

Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
Bump. Any thoughts about this?

Note that I can't help with Mac problems, have to leave that to @botg.

Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
None of the described problems are reproducible.
Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
The most recent of course. Everyone should be using it already.
Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
The FileZilla download page indicates that macOS "10.13.2 or newer" are supported.
So, are you suggesting that's not true, and that only Catalina is supported?
I'm asking because given the end of support for 32-bit apps and hundreds of apps that no longer work, many people won't be using Catalina anytime soon.
Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
Bump.
Is FileZilla no longer being supported on versions of macOS prior to Catalina?
Thanks.

Re: [macOS] Text input and two other bugs
It should still run, but otherwise there is no reason not to install the free update to the most recent version of your operating system.
