What admin level does user require to login into OneDrive

Hi there,

As admin, I can give consent to allow FileZilla Pro to connect to OneDrive and connects to my onedrive and our sharepoint directories. However, I would like for another user, who is not global admin to have capability to connect over FileZilla as well.

Let me know if you need more information.
