Filezilla installer will not load, admin permission error.

I just grabbed the latest 64bit installer today to update my install.. and like last time I get a needs admin permission error... so the installer will not load...
I have only one account on this PC my gaming rig... and it is by default an admin account...
so I turned to the builtin update checker... it found v3.47.0_rc1 and installed that no problem...
and if I tried to load that downloaded installer manually to check it out.. it loads fine...
strange isn't it...
