I have had to update to 3.46.0 Filezilla. When I try to use it comes up with .... This server does not support FTP over TLS. If you continue, your password and files will be sent in clear over the internet. Host 91.208.99.4 Port 21. Always allow insecure plain FTP for this server.
I would really appreciate any help, what do I need to do? My workflow is at a standstill? Need to upload images to website for client.

Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance so that the server can be upgraded to one that speaks FTP over TLS.
