Change data file location

#1 Post by Dzynit » 2020-03-03 20:09

Is there a way to have the data file that stores all the ftp/site info to the Documents folder on the computer? I use microsoft onedrive for backup so I not only do not lose files, but I can also access them from other computers when needed. I would like to have the filezilla data file back up also so if anything happens to the computer, I don't have to go back through hosting on tons of sites to get ftp info again.

Changing the configuration directory location is possible through an fzdefaults.xml file in the FileZilla program directory. For instructions, see the template file that got installed in the docs subdirectory.
