When we attempted to log in on laptop running windows 8 we get this error:
Our AT&T Partner website reports when we attempt to log in:
A ping shows that the DNS does resolve to an IP address and the IP address can be reached. This will be an internal issue on their side.
No vendor ever connects to the AT&T server where the scrub files are generated, for this program. We always connect to the vendor’s FTP server to retrieve and post files. I get the same timeout connecting to the trendcopro server. Trendco should be contacted to investigate their FTP server’s status.
