Filezilla client misses whole directories downloading...

So basically i want to download a website from a remote shared server to my harddrive. Everything seems to go fine. I get the 'Transferred all files' popup at the end. I re queue the failed transfer files and download them successfully.

Yet when i look at my local wordpress site download. It's missing whole folders eg. Themes, wp-content, wp-admin etc.

When i examine the directory tree on the remote server, there's no question mark on these folders.

What's going on exactly ?

Should I do a filezilla reinstall perhaps?

I'm on ubuntu, home wifi, filezilla client.

I guess I'll file a bug...
