Is there any method to rearrange items in the queue?

I had a list of items that needed to be uploaded and I wanted to rearrange so that they would be uploaded in order.
I know that in the end what matters is that they will be sent, but I wanted to control the order so that I could confirm that I had everything that was needed.
In the end, I just waited until everything was uploaded and then confirmed it there, but that was much less convenient, especially because it took a significant amount of time to complete the upload and several files had to be resent.

You can use right click and set priorities on queue items, or you can click the queue pane column headers to sort (SHIFT+click for reverse sort order, IIRC).

Setting priority changes the upload order, but there is only a small number of them, so when you have a large number of files, say 20 or more, priorities are insufficient.
Also I couldn't get sorting to work. I'll have to try that again, but I doubt that would that change the upload order, which would help the person receiving them.
