Cannot download zero length files

Upload is fine, but downloading of zero length files fails. All other files seem to transfer ok in the same session. I am on 1and1 (or more correctly now IONOS).

Can you please advise what the problem could be and resolution.

Thank you

Peter

I restarted Filezilla and ran it again. This time it produced a log - attached

Unrelated to this issue, but your client isn't configured correctly. Your client has been configured to use active mode. You are behind a NAT router yet your client has not been told its external IP address. Either configure your external IP address, or switch to passive mode as is recommended.

Which FTP server software (product and version) is running on the server? Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider if needed.

Thank you all for your input.
I found that IONOS have profile generating tool. Using that corrected the profile I was using and all is well now.

Thank you
