Downloading and distributing FileZilla_3.48.1_win64_sponsored-setup from FileZilla's homepage is not a problem with the license or legal right?

FileZilla is licensed under GPL. Redistributing the unmodified package should not be any problem. Please don't distribute outdated versions, however.

Note: The sponsored package contains offers from third-parties. Maybe one of the packages from the
