If this happens, does FileZilla consume any CPU resources or does it sit there idle?

When this happens, FileZilla consumes 8.3MB memory without alternation and a "very low" power usage.

Looks as if it is waiting on something. Do you have unavailable mapped network resources? Are you using any third-party shell extensions that deal with file icons, previews and the like?

No. I was utilizing FileZilla without issue early July then was prompted to update and now nothing. I check with our network administrator and nothing has been altered. This is how I manage our website files and right now everything is out of date because I cannot access the files. Is there a solution?

I just ran into this same problem about 30 minutes ago. I bypassed it by hovering over the blank window from the icon. While hovering over the blank window I simply right clicked and then maximized the window. (problem solved) not sure if that was the same issue but thought it would help some people all the same.
