Downloading files empties my website.

Hi there. I am not that familiar with FileZilla. This is my first question. I checked the FAQ and this question is not answered.

- Earlier today, I connected my Mac to my Web host using FileZilla Client.
- On the server side top directory, I right clicked to download everything to a specified folder on my Mac.
- However, it appears that my server directories are now completely empty?

That was not my intention. What did I do wrong? How can I correct this terrible error?

Downloading does not remove content.

DId you accidentally select a different action? Did you by chance enable directory listing filters?

In the unfortunate case the files are actually gone, you need to re-upload them from your most recent backup.
