FileZilla Client No Longer Works on Win7 x64 after Updating to 3.50.0

I was running FileZilla client 3.47.1 on 64-bit Windows 7 just fine, and I noticed an update was available. I upgraded to 3.50.0 on 9/22, and the installation went fine, but I cannot open FileZilla Client at all. Then I realized the Download page says in small print under the big green download button that "The 64bit versions of Windows 8.1 and 10 are supported." I need to download the latest version that supports Windows 7, but there is no option to download previous versions on the Download page.
I cannot find any statement in the Version History that says Windows 7 is no longer supported. I did find the statements below that say XP and Vista are no longer supported.
3.25.2-rc1 (2017-04-23)
Bugfixes and minor changes:
MSW: Windows Vista is no longer supported
3.8.1-rc1 (2014-05-25)
New features:
MSW: Windows XP and derivatives are no longer supported. Minimum supported operating system is Windows Vista.
