Hi there, I am hoping for some advice please
I have added FileZilla to a new desktop, but am struggling to link it to our server as I do not have the password. I have taken over a role in my business and the person who left did not leave a password. We have it in another desktop but only able to log-in as the password / login details were saved. If we lose these goodness knows what we will do. Can someone point me in the right direction on who I need to speak to or perhaps offer some advice!

I hope you use the Site Manager for storing your server connection details.
On the old PC, use menu File - Export... for exporting Site Manager data. On the new one, call File - Import and point it to the saved XML. Please make sure that passwords are allowed to be saved (in Settings - Interface - Passwords) before importing.
