conection failed

Hello together, I have two computers. One with FZilla Pro, the other with FZilla freeware. In both versions I have the same server installed. The freware version connects to the server, the pro version says
Antwort: 331 Password required for u52854088
Befehl: PASS **************
Antwort: 530 Login incorrect.
Fehler: Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen
What could be the reason?
