Windows cannot access the specified device

I downloaded Filezilla 3.50 to my new Windows 10 PC. But when I want to run the installer I get this error message.
I never had this problem on my old PC.
Any idea what I can do?

Try to right-click the installer and "Run as administrator".

Did you try the installer from the advanced download page?

I usewd teh Windwos 64bit setup.exe file
