255 Character Limit in Windows

I can't use FileZilla for Windows because of this maddening 255 character limit. I've tried changing the group policy in Windows 10 Pro to allow long file paths, but it doesn't work with FileZilla. I'm currently using FileZilla in Linux right now and is has no problem with long file paths, but I really need to use it in Windows. What are my options?

Wait until Microsoft itself changes the default behavior in Windows.

Well I've done some research and it seems SmartFTP supports long file paths if you enable them via Windows 10 Group Policy. FileZilla could support this as well if the devs added something to the manifest. I freaking hate SmartFTP. The interface sucks. Is there any way to add this to FileZilla?

Then FileZilla would create files that most Windows tools, including Explorer, cannot handle.
