I have been using FileZilla for several years and never had an issue. Today when I started it up to update the files on my website, I get the following......
Status: Connecting to 107.180.34.106:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: Verifying certificate...
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER 13748972
Response: 331 Password required
Command: PASS ******
Response: 530 User cannot log in.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
I have always used the Site Manager feature to log in, which automatically inserts my User name and Password, but the error above started today, and I cannot get around it. Any advice appreciated.

Re: 530 User Cannot Log In
I have resolved my issue regarding the Password for accessing the GoDaddy server with FileZilla. In case anyone else has the issue...... Somehow the Password stored in FileZilla was either deleted or corrupted, so it would not allow access, even when I re-entered it. I went into my GoDaddy account and changed the Password to a new one, then used it in FileZilla, and everything works OK again.
