"Preserve timestamps of transferred files" setting is gone.

I see a lot of board topics about the setting "Preserve timestamps of transferred files" not working right. But I just installed version 3.51.0 for Windows 64 bit on a new computer, and the setting is missing entirely:

This setting is very important. Can we expect to see it return soon? If not, I'll need to find another FTP client.

Thanks for the great client, except for this (hopefully temporary) glitch.

That option is not and never was in the main settings. It is a simple toggle in the "Transfer" menu in FileZilla.

Duh! Thank you for your reply.

I have notes of the settings I used the previous time I installed the software. They say:
• “Transfer > Preserve timestamps of transferred files”: Click.

I incorrectly read that to mean "Edit > Settings > Transfers". I've now added a note that it refers to the Transfer menu, not the Transfers tab of the Settings.

Thanks for helping me see the error in reading my own notes!
