Connection stops running, nothing happens, can't edit files/enter folders

Hello
I'm using filezilla as ftp client since I remember, always it was running smooth and never had problems with it.
Currently working on my clients server using sFtp connection. I've worked on this server before and everything was fine.
Since sometime (don't know what exactly happen) when I connect with it I edit some files, browse through folders, but after X amount of time - sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 15, can't exactly tell the client stops responding.
By stops responding i mean i can't browse through folders, edit files and so on. I don't get any error messages in error log file or error log in filezilla. I can connect again in new tab, do same thing and it happens again, open next tab and so on.
What can be the reason? Hosting provider tells everything works good from their side.
What can I check, what can I change to get this working? Im frustrated with this.
I can attach some screenshot/screen captures if needed

Most likely some faulty firewall or NAT router dropping the connection without informing the peers.
