Hi there,

Well, I've got a bit of an issue. For some reason, download speeds are a tenth of what they should be. I am getting 10Mb/s where I should be getting 100Mb/s. Speed limits are not enabled. I literally have no idea what is going on. I am on Ubuntu 201.10. It was working fine in Windows 10, before I switched over. When I run use speedtest.net I get 100Mb/s. Can anyone help?

Short question: FileZilla displays Bytes/s (KBytes/s, MBytes/s, GBytes/s and so on). ISPs advertise speeds in bits/s (Kbits/s, Mbits/s, Gbits/s). 1 Byte/s = 8 bits/s. You did take that into consideration?

Yes, I did take that into consideration I know just from the time left when downloading that something is amiss.

Which version of FileZilla are you using? Please make sure you're using the latest version, 3.51.0 as of writing this.
