Media acces failed

#1 Post by BlakkaBlackshell » 2020-12-29 08:35

Hello,
I'm not a native speaker, so its kinda hard for me to search the forum and find out about my problem.
So please be kind if I make any mistakes or if my question wa already answered, I haven't found a solution for it.

I'm uploading the pictures from my FileZilla servers to Amazon. Every few Months, Amazon tells me that it can't acces to the media URL's. In that case, my only chance is to delete the files from the server and re-upload them. It's pretty annoying, cause it happened now for the second time for the same media in 6 months.
Is there a solution for that problem? Has anyone had the same trouble?

thanks for your help and happy new year in advance.

Are you sure you are describing an issue with FileZilla Server? It sounds as if you are using FileZilla Client to upload files to Amazon.

In any case, there is no functionality in FileZilla, nor FileZilla Server, that acts on files based on elapse time.

Oh you're right, sorry.

But how come that there's a problem with the upload? Maybe someone else had the same problem?

Amazon S3 access requires FileZilla Pro, which is not supported here.
Please continue in the official FileZilla Pro Customer forums.

Have you yet asked Amazon whether they might be deleting the files after some time?
