After obtaining a successful addition I can never find it. I go to transfer it again into FZ but am told it is already there and do I want to overwrite it. But
I go through all of them, but no good.

Not sure I understand the problem. What is a "successful addition"?

I often transfer a file into FZ OK but it rarely appears in alphabetical order so I have to scan through the whole page each time.
Sometimes I find it that way, but other times it is not there at all. It is in the top part outside of public html.
When I find it there the path doesn't work for publication on my website.

If I put the title into the search area it never, ever works because it is so complicate to fill in the details.
