Beautiful program, thanks to everyone involved.
One thing really annoys me, though - although unter Settings>Updates I chose [Never] for the check interval, everytime I start filezilla it reminds me that an update would exist.
Why?
Don't you guys understand that several users do have a clear mind and chose NOT to update a software that works fine?
Please - make the settings option ACTIVE so that it actually does what the name says.

Why don't you simply update?
Re: Update check nags permanently
Same here, for many versions now the update never setting has not worked. I am wondering if blocking the filezilla-project.org domain will prevent it from finding updates. Anyone try this?
Re: Update check nags permanently
Setting Update check to Never does exactly what it says: It never checks for updates again. However, any update it found before the check was disabled will still be offered.
There is also a built-in timer that will start telling you when the build considers itself obsolete. Blocking the update domain does no good as there is no network check involved.

Updating, so easy and quick. Can't remember the last time I didn't update.
