invalid XML file - MacOS

#1 Post by indifferentbroccoli » 2021-03-26 16:08

When using the latest version of FileZilla Client on MacOS, I receive an "invalid XML file" error each time I try connecting to any server with a username and password. The error appears immediately after pressing "Quickconnect" regardless of the server and username I'm attempting to connect to. I believe the issue is on my local Mac machine, rather than the server because I am able to connect to the server with FileZilla on my Windows machine.

I have tried deleting and regenerating the /.config/filezilla/filezilla.xml file, but that does not resolve the issue.

This week is the first time I have encountered this issue.

I'm using 3.53.0 -- That is the only version available on the download page: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?show_all=1
