FileZilla doesn't remember/find root certificate

Hi alltogether,
when connecting with FileZilla to a server, I receive the popup "The certificate of the server is unknown. Please check...."
After confirming that the server certificat can be trusted always, the download works fine.
BUT:
The next time FileZilla is started, the popup appears again.
I've checked that the root certificate (Certum Domain Validation CA SHA2) is present on the computer under trusted root certificates.
The server we try to contact is xxx.kasseerver.com:21 with TLS1.3
Thanks in advance for any idea why Filezilla does not find the root certificate in the keyring.

I'm using the latest version of FileZilla (updated yesterday) on Windows 10 Pro in a windows domain.
