To begin with, I am a wedding photographer. I do not know anything about computers or most software, FileZilla included.

My color corrector help me setup FileZilla for Mac, step-by-step, and I've been using it for at least four years without any trouble.

As of last week, I cannot send or receive my images from him.

Here is what is says:

logged in
retrieving directory listing...
pwd
257 "/" is current directory
type 1
200 type set to 1 (image)
port 192,168,1,13,7,115
200 port command successful

150 opening connection
550 command failed for unknown reason
failed to retrieve directory listing


I haven't changed anything. I am logging on as usual, and now it is not working.

I have searched many "google" responses that popped up, but they are for Windows. ugh.

Any help would be appreciated!

Any particular reason you are using active mode? For active mode you need to configure all firewalls and NAT routers on your end of the connection, please refer to out Network Configuration guide for instructions. If possible, always use passive mode, it places the configuration burden on the server administrator.
