Hi Team,

I am a little new to the whole FTP stuff, i am running a small blog and wanted to login to my hosting service to upload some images, and after some back and fourth emails they said to run the setup wizard on filezilla since i cant seem to connect to their FTP services, but others can.

i am not sure whats going on but it seems to fail the test every time, ive tried every setting, passive and active, letting my pc choose an IP and the externel web IP etc, it just keeps happening and im lost.

2. Please test if you can reach their FTP server when using https://ftptest.net.
