I uploaded files to an external client SFTP folder, but now they are not only not showing in Filezilla on the remote server, but it is reporting that the remote folder as being empty. Someone from that client sent me a screenprint from their system showing at least two files sitting in that same remote folder. Why is Filezilla not recognizing those files as existing on their server? I tried having Filezilla log its activity showing the raw files on their server, but just viewing that remote folder logged nothing to the log file.

Has anyone sent this issue before?

Any unusual, non-English characters in the filename?
