Hi,
I purchased a Pro subscription from the Apple App Store on my MacBook. When I open the app, it keeps asking me to purchase a subscription. I can see the subscription is active. Is there a way to fix this?

What's your version of macOS? Is your system clock set correctly?

I'm running MacOS 11.4. The clock is correct.
