Purchased Pro but can't open

Hi,

I purchased a Pro subscription from the Apple App Store on my MacBook. When I open the app, it keeps asking me to purchase a subscription. I can see the subscription is active. Is there a way to fix this?

What's your version of macOS? Is your system clock set correctly?

I'm running MacOS 11.4. The clock is correct.

Do you still experience this issue after updating to 11.5.1?
