one site works, another has critical error

I use FileZilla with 2 sites successfully on my main computer. I have installed FileZilla on a new computer and am able to access one of my sites, but the other site gives me a critical error message. Username, password, etc. are correct.

Why can I reach one site but not the other?

Any thoughts?
