Hi all,

First time using FileZilla and am having issues uploading documents for a client to review. Below is the log.

Status: Starting upload of C:\Users\user.user\Documents\PCBC\1. Companies House listing.pdf
Status: Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead.
Command: STOR 1. Companies House listing.pdf
Response: 550 Permission denied
Error: Critical file transfer error
Status: Disconnected from server

Top left box I see local site
Top right box I see remote site with a / in the text box and a folder in called /
Bottom left box I see all the documents I want to upload
Bottom right box I see a folder with .. as the name and 'empty directory listing'

Please help!!

Two issues, same solution. The server isn't configured properly, it sits behind a NAT router but doesn't know its public IP address. You lack permission to write the target file. Contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for both.
