I added 2FA verification in sshd and displayed a QR code. It worked well in PuTTY, but it displayed badly in FileZilla. I guess it might be a UTF8 or font problem.

Encoding issues aside, a QR code won't work in the UI due to different font. Consider printing the URL directly instead of a QR code.
