Just as the title says, is there a way for me to process uploads queue without also the downloads queue.

Currently I am trying to stop processing the downloads queue but that is also stopping the uploads queue.

From what I know (non-developer), there is only one queue for both.

You can sort by direction and assign the downloads a lower priority.
