The new version could not be downloaded - 3.56.0

I've been getting this for over a week every time I open FileZilla (not often, but sometimes every day) (see attached screenshot).
I realize I can manually download the latest version from the FileZilla website, but the pop-up window seems to be implying that it doesn't even know what that URL is haha. Now I'm wondering what the correct URL is, or if there's some sort of security danger with the latest version.
I'd rather fix the problem or know when it will be fixed on FileZilla's side, so that this feature will work correctly in the future.
Any advice for this?
Also I'm wondering if maybe my security software (Avast free) blocked it or the URL or removed the URL from FileZIlla's settings or something... I don't know, this is sort of uncharted territory for me.
