ADSL to FIBER?

#1 Post by blcanyon » 2021-10-26 12:03

Hello to the community.
I need to update our club's site, which is hosted on FREE's servers. I am using the latest version of Filezilla under Windows 10. Unable to connect since switching from ADSL to FIBER ... I always get a 500 access denied error message. Is this kind of problem known? What can be the origin? Are there solutions to remedy it?
Thank you in advance to all for the help you can give us.
Michael

For FileZilla it makes no difference what type of connection you are using. Please double-check your login credentials, watch our for character case and leading/trailing whitespace. In case your hosting provider is blocking your IP address, you need to contact your hosting provider for assistance.provider for assistance.

Thank you for the answer, but with fiber, Fillezillia needs a full stack IP v4 and does not work in IPV6 .... Problem solved, everything works perfectly.

FileZilla works perfectly fine with both IPv4 and IPv6. If it doesn't work in your environment, something is very wrong with your network.
