Overwrite without warning?

I have discovered that files will be overwritten without warning if dragged from one folder to another on the remote site (i.e., neither uploading nor downloading).

I don't know whether this is a bug or a feature, but it's a bit disconcerting when the preference setting is "Ask" for both uploads and downloads.
