transfering files from one box to another with filezilla

can some one explain to me how i can transfer files from one stb box to another with filezilla.. at the moment i have to transfer from solo 2 box to pc then to the second solo 2 box eventhough i can connect to both boxes with filezilla. i cannot work out how to get stuff between the two??
is this possible? or not?

No, server-to-server transfers are not supported.

Please note that server-to-server transfers are most certainly insecure (plain) connections and expose everything you send or receive to the open public, ready for potential men-in-the-middle to read and intercept.
That's the reason it isn't in FileZilla, server-to-server doesn't go well with the security principle it follows.
