When I connect to any of my sites, if I do not type in a password at all it still connects. I noticed this by accident, but this concerns me...
File > Site Manager > [select site] > Connect
I have Logon Type > ask for password ticked, and it does ASK, but just hitting Connect without typing anything in still connects me to my site. Remember is not checked.
I would like it to require a password, how can I do this?
TIA
Password not required?

Re: Password not required?
I'm using a Mac; Filezilla 3.57.0
Also, in Edit > Settings > Interface > Password, I have Do not save passwords selected.

Re: Password not required?
You're probably using SFTP and have your private key used to login loaded in your SSH agent.

Re: Password not required?
Yes, that's exactly it! Thank you.
Is there a way to secure it somehow, so that it asks for the password as well?

Re: Password not required?
You could not use an SSH agent and configure a password-protected keyfile in FileZilla. That way you need to enter the keyfile password when connecting.
