Hello I have files of size 0 that I cannot transfer from my remote site to my pc to save them. Error : "Unable to start transfer". A solution ?

This looks like a server-side issue. The server at that IP address has severely limited functionality, possibly a custom implementation. You need to contact your server administrator for further assistance.
