Using FileZila

For many years I work with FileZila software.
last week at the home place, the FTP works connect but do not get my server files and directories.
Nothing changed including the computer and FileZilla configuration.
it connects to the server but does not bring the files.
On another location (same computer) different city it is OK
then on the problematic location (home) I used WINSCP and it works.

Any suggestion?

Most likely some firewall or NAT router is interfering with the connection. You can check on https://ftptest.net/ whether it is a server-side issue or something within your own network.

More info

Your server is working and assorted routers/firewalls have been correctly configured for explicit FTP over TLS as performed by this test. However there have been warnings about compatibility issues, not all users will be able to use your server.

For maximum compatibility, consider resolving these warnings.

The test website checks for server connection problems. It is successful, that means the server is configured correctly. The problem therefore lies on your side. FileZilla must be allowed to make arbitrary connections to all remote ports, as data connections don't use the port 21 at all.

The warning just refers to missing IPv6 support. Users with only an IPv6 cannot connect to it. Right now, such users are rare in the internet world, it might become a real problem in the future, however.

And lastly, no one got attention to the fact that WINSCP program works where FILEZILA does not work
in this case.
Is it possible that WINSCP works totally differently?

The basic principle is the same, but no two FTP/SFTP clients will work the same. In fact, WinSCP's FTP support is based on old FileZilla 2.x code, while FileZilla itself has abandoned that old code and moved to the current 3.x codebase and libfilezilla. Both operate differently and are optimized for different things.
In the eyes of firewalls and security programs, FileZilla and WinSCP are two different processes. One might be allowed to connect fully, while the other doesn't.

In other words: What they do may be the same (FTP), but the way they do it totally different. Other optimizations, other packet handling, internal timeouts, ciphers, etc.

Using FileZilla, can you connect to and transfer from/to other servers?

WinSCP is insecure, it does not use FTP over TLS by default. That is most likely the difference you are seeing.

Why does it work without TLS and fails with TLS? That is explained in the Network Configuration guide under the malicious routers and firewalls sections.
4. Same computer same provider different location it works.
Looks like a firewall specific to that location.
