New verison doesn't work! (vps)

I been at war with my hosting company and as it turns out its filezilla that will not load the directory any more. My proff I downloaded core ftp and it worked fine. I look forward to your reply. Also I did try to downgrage with Windows 11 for filezillia. No go.
