551 Error Puzzling Me

I'm getting a 551 error when transferring files to Box. It seems it is able to transfer the smaller files but the larger ones - 40GB and up, always error out:

Sorry but I had to remove the file path for the events that are retrieving the directory listing since its company info.

From what I could find via online searches there are no trailing spaces or any of the other reasons for why this is happening. If anyone has any clues or ideas how to resolve this I would be greatly appreciative!

This is most unfortunate, it starts over from scratch as the server does not support resume. Again, contact your server administrator or server hosting provider for assistance, the server must be configured not to delete interrupted uploads so that the client can resume failed transfers.

Thanks. Sadly the "server" in question is a NetApp SAN running NFS. Since box doesn't allow a partial upload FileZilla has to constantly retry the file until it tries for 10 times, which I configured, before it skips the file.
